What hardware is included with my subscription?

Your subscription includes compact environmental sensors that measure humidity and temperature. The Pro tier will include additional sensors for enhanced monitoring capabilities like VOC and ammonia sensing (coming soon).

Can we start with just a few units and scale later?

Absolutely! Our Pilot Package is designed specifically for this purpose. Start with 10 units to see the value, then easily expand to cover more of your portfolio when you're ready.

Do you offer discounts for larger properties?

Yes, we offer volume discounts for properties with more than 500 units. Please contact our sales team for custom pricing based on your specific property portfolio.

Can I use multiple sensors in a single unit?

Yes, for larger units or properties with specific monitoring needs, you can deploy multiple sensors per unit. Standard sensors are available for additional units, and we offer volume discounts for bulk orders. Many property managers use additional sensors in bathrooms, kitchens, or other areas prone to moisture.
